Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Easy IPTV ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Easy IPTV is a media player application that allows you to stream content from IPTV sources you provide (M3U playlists, Xtream Codes, Stalker Portal). The App does not host, provide, distribute, or control any streaming content.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you access through the App
• Ensuring you have the legal right to access content from your IPTV provider
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Safeguarding your playlist URLs and login credentials

Premium Subscription

Easy IPTV offers a Premium subscription with the following terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are the property of Easy Company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Content Disclaimer

Easy IPTV is a player tool only. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any content accessed through the App. We are not affiliated with any IPTV content provider.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Easy Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or content accessed through third-party IPTV providers.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
